The S2017 A4 Cut Resistant Apron, made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, offers A4 cut resistance, grade 4 tear resistance, grade 2 wear resistance, and stab protection at level 2. It ensures exceptional safety in industrial and professional environments.
With a low density of 0.97-0.98g/cm³, the apron is 80% lighter than traditional metal anti-cut aprons. It ensures comfort and ease of use without compromising on protection.
The apron is designed for durability, offering resistance to acids, alkalis, UV radiation, seawater, and temperature variations. It maintains consistent quality and performance despite exposure to harsh environments.
Featuring super tensile strength (40% stronger than Kevlar) and low elongation at break (3.5%), the apron provides high strength, rigidity, and excellent resistance to impact and creep.
Suitable for extreme temperatures, it maintains mechanical strength at -60℃ and offers heat resistance up to 100℃. The apron also features excellent chemical stability and UV resistance.
The adjustable neck strap and belt design make the apron easy to wear, remove, and adapt to various body sizes. This allows for quick, secure, and comfortable operation.
With very low water absorption, excellent insulation performance, a smooth surface with low friction, and high machinability, the apron is practical and versatile for various applications.
